I'm Nicolete.

I specialise in women’s hormonal health — the area where standard advice tends to fall shortest, and where depth of understanding changes everything.

My work sits at the intersection of nutrition, lifestyle, and daily habits — and how all of it shapes hormonal health over time.

I believe every woman deserves to understand her own body. And I believe that most health struggles have roots in long-running patterns that can be changed — with the right approach to nourishment, recovery, and how we live day to day.

My story

Growing up, I was a competitive tennis player. Early on, I understood that performance isn’t just about training — it’s about how you fuel your body, how it recovers, what’s happening in your mind. Holistic thinking came naturally to me — long before I had a word for it.

And then, despite all of that — everything changed.

At 16, I was diagnosed with advanced-stage lymphoma — after six months of exhaustion that everyone had dismissed.

I’d hit the limits of what conventional health advice could offer, and I knew I had to go further. Treatment worked. But what came after was, in many ways, harder. A year of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, medically induced cycle suppression, and other aggressive interventions left my body in pieces. Eating well and moving my body wasn’t enough anymore. Severe acne, destroyed digestion, agonising periods, and insomnia took over my life — while dozens of blood tests kept telling me everything was fine.

The symptoms were real. The system just didn’t have answers for them.

I reached a point where I couldn’t accept another prescription — another contraceptive pill, another antibiotic, another sleeping aid. Every doctor I saw treated one problem in isolation. But my problems were all connected, and there were dozens of them.

I wasn’t willing to stop living. I kept training. I got into law school. I refused to let go of who I was. So I brought together everything I had — the intuition I’d always trusted and the analytical thinking I was developing through law — and I went deep. I tried many specialists, dietary approaches, the most expensive supplements and therapies. Nothing moved the needle. Until I finally understood how to put it all together — specifically for the female body, without force, without pressure. That’s when things started to shift. One by one, the problems began to ease. I saw, firsthand, that the body has a remarkable capacity to heal — when it’s given the right conditions.

I found my way back to full vitality.

I’ve since gone deep into the study of nutrition, hormonal physiology, and functional medicine.

My mission is simple: to help women find their way to real health and balance — without unnecessary compromise.

FAQ

Is this a replacement for medical care?

What I do is nutritional and lifestyle coaching, not clinical practice. I work with women who want to understand their bodies better and support them through natural means. If you’re currently under a doctor’s care or going through treatment, working with me can run alongside that — and often meaningfully complements it. If something comes up that I think needs medical attention, I’ll tell you directly and point you in the right direction.

How soon will I see results?

That depends on how complex your situation is and how consistently you apply the work. Some things — energy, sleep, digestion — can shift within days or weeks. Hormonal balance takes longer. It’s a process, not a fix. For anything more involved, I recommend at least six months of dedication .

Do you work with lab results?

Yes. I look at them in context, and I look deeper than standard reference ranges. That said, my starting point is always your subjective experience — what you’re actually living with, not just what’s on paper.

Do I have to take supplements?

Not necessarily. Supplementation is an area I know well, but I never use it as a stand-in for solid nutrition, consistent habits, and real stress management. When I do recommend supplements, they’re chosen specifically for you — and sometimes I’ll suggest removing things you’re already taking if they’re doing more harm than good.

What if I'm on medication or hormonal contraception?

We work with your reality, not around it. The goal is to support your body within the context of where you actually are — not to push changes that don’t make sense for your situation.
