Before we meet, you’ll fill in a detailed questionnaire covering your symptoms, lifestyle, diet, and any lab results you have.
The session runs 75 minutes — and we use it to go through your full picture together.
You’ll leave with something most women have never been offered: a real understanding of what’s going on in your body and why. Not a list of things to buy. Not vague advice. Clarity, context, and a realistic path forward.
The Initial Analysis is the starting point for everything we do together — and it’s included in the price of all programmes.
3-Month Programme
For women who are ready for real change — not just answers, but someone in their corner through the whole process.
What’s included:
- Initial Analysis (75 min)
- Personalised lab test recommendations (where relevant), with results interpreted in context — not just "you're in range," but what it actually means for you
- 3 follow-up sessions (60 min each)
- A fully personalised protocol covering nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle
- Ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions — questions answered within 48 hours
- Written summary after every session — clear, connected, and yours to keep

What I do is nutritional and lifestyle coaching, not clinical practice. I work with women who want to understand their bodies better and support them through natural means. If you’re currently under a doctor’s care or going through treatment, working with me can run alongside that — and often meaningfully complements it. If something comes up that I think needs medical attention, I’ll tell you directly and point you in the right direction.
That depends on how complex your situation is and how consistently you apply the work. Some things — energy, sleep, digestion — can shift within days or weeks. Hormonal balance takes longer. It’s a process, not a fix. For anything more involved, I recommend at least six months of dedication .
Yes. I look at them in context, and I look deeper than standard reference ranges. That said, my starting point is always your subjective experience — what you’re actually living with, not just what’s on paper.
Not necessarily. Supplementation is an area I know well, but I never use it as a stand-in for solid nutrition, consistent habits, and real stress management. When I do recommend supplements, they’re chosen specifically for you — and sometimes I’ll suggest removing things you’re already taking if they’re doing more harm than good.
We work with your reality, not around it. The goal is to support your body within the context of where you actually are — not to push changes that don’t make sense for your situation.
