What data I process

I process the data you provide when booking a consultation, downloading materials, or subscribing to the newsletter — your name, email address, and contact details. As part of consultations and the initial questionnaire, you voluntarily share health information that is necessary for our cooperation. The website also collects anonymous technical data about traffic through cookies.

Why I process this data

I use your data solely to provide the requested service, send newsletters and educational content (only with your consent), and to fulfill legal obligations such as accounting and tax records.

How long I retain the data

I retain contact and health data from consultations for the duration of our cooperation and for 3 years thereafter. Email addresses for newsletters are stored until you unsubscribe. Accounting documents are retained for 10 years in accordance with the law.

Who I share the data with

I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. To operate my services, I use an email tool, booking system, and payment gateway — all contractually bound to protect your data.

Your rights
